BICC implements and promotes healthy eating and believes that being physically active is a priority for our children and adolescents. Healthy eating programs within schools benefit their nutrition levels, lifestyle and influence their wellbeing, growth and development.
The School adopts the professional standards for school nutrition, by operating the college's menu, according to the British Nutrition Foundation guidlines and standards.
The School hosts a 300 student capacity canteen, that provides a wide range of hot and cold balanced meals during lunch and breakfast. This encourages and promotes the importance of highlighting a good and well balanced nutritional eating plan, incorporating alongside the school curriculum and through the food and drink available in our school.
Local doctors and Nutrition specialists will evaluate the impact of our schools food standards and continuously help us, by improving the diets of our schoolchildren, not only in the school setting but in their diets overall, tailoring individual rooms for personal health improvement.
